This interdisciplinary course is part of the Princeton-Humboldt-Partnership Program “Constitutionalism under Stress“ (CONSTRESS). The second half of the seminar "Separation of Powers and Institutional Independence" will be taught in a block session together with students from Princeton University as well as HU law students, collaborating on common presentations.
For technical reasons, the block session is registered as a sepearate course in the KVV (No. 10724). Students who participate in this class (No 53092) are NOT required to enrol to the block seminar, they are automatically enroled via their attendence of course No 53092).
However, registration via AGNES is required for this course (No. 53092).
